Base rates for Small/Medium/Large Properties included services:

PPA will audit property for parking violations              predetermined by account at random 5 nights a        calendar week (Monday-Sunday). Patrol Hours  (9pm-7am).

Real time Tow Request that meet the Oregon State Tow Board requirements will be created and sent directly to the properties preferred tower along with a copied email of the request to the property.

Monitoring by DPSST (Department of Public Safety Standards and Training) certified auditors for property security and general concerns. This means feet on the ground.

Incident Reports are created on-site with photo evidence by auditors to create record so that Property Management may follow up.

Always know what is happening and how PPA is enforcing the rules at your property!

Additional add on services:

A property may request Citations in addition to an impound request, instead of an impound request, or a Citation only to be enforced if the vehicle is not able to be impounded by the towing provider. Parking violations that are pre-determined by the property will be given $85 (or city/county regulated prices) citations.

PPA offers this option at no additional charge to the property and will collect fees directly from vehicles registered owner.

A property my request that PPA adhere to vehicles "Warning Notices of Tow" in certain situations and violations rather than an impound request. This notice will be given in tandem with an Incident Report created recording the notice. PPA offers this option at no additional charge to the property

A property may want to allow their tenants to call in to our 24 hour hotline to request a tow from their reserved space. This requires proof of space via lease agreement and photo ID matching lease. PPA offers this service to any property an additional $185 monthly fee per property.
